These gates are designed and fabricated with square and rectangular hollow sections and MS sheets and flats assembled by high-quality welding. These gates are perfectly aligned, sturdy, smooth and aesthetically pleasing. Properly designed and manufactured gate leaf reduces the risk of bending.
The leaf design is available in a standard form or custom-made to suit individual clients’ requirements.
The gate is supported by an adjustable upper guide bracket with nylon rollers and galvanised wheels with ball bearing, and an axle with a lubrication point. Designed and locally manufactured as per European standards.
These components play an important role and enhance the efficiency and life span of the gate.
The complete gate is coated with grey epoxy primer as standard. On request, cold spray galvanised or polyurethane painted in standard RAL colours sheds can be similar to RAL 9006, RAL 7015, RAL 5010, RAL 2000 or Any other RAL colour available on request, at extra cost.
